To stay steady on our feet we need to remain strong, powerful and be able to react to sudden changes in our environment.
Life Performance “Stay upright – Fall prevention” exercise group can help you keep your feet.
The program involves 2 group classes per week over a 6 or 12 week period .
Classes include balance training, strength, mobility, & power exercises all in a fun & social environment.
