Exercise Rehab
Exercise Rehabilitation involves our clinicians working closely with our clients to help them achieve their physical goals.
A rehabilitation program is a great option for managing:
- A long term injury
- Chronic pain
- Recurrent injuries
- Or any physical limitation that is reducing your involvement in work, sporting or leisure activities
Specific injuries that benefit from exercise rehabilitation:
- Rehab post ACL reconstruction
- Recurring ankle sprains
- Achilles Tendon pain
- Chronic Lower Back Pain
- Shoulder Pain with Weights Training
- Postural pain from desk work
As our exercise rehabilitation classes are run by a Physiotherapist the private health rebate can be claimed on-the-spot via the
HICAPS
system.
